The doctor was very pleasant. I had a very big filling that got filled.Once I got to work and the numbness started wearing off I started feeling pain inside my tooth. I called the office to let them know and see if that is normal because it has never happened to me in the past. I immediately got transferred to Dr Chan. She asked a bunch of questions and asked me to come back and check on it. She Said she would like to take an X-ray to see how the tooth looks with the filling in it. I was too far from the office and wasn’t going to be back in Englewood till the end of the day. She then gave me her cell phone number and told me to call when I’m back should I still be in a lot of pain. My pain got better after taking some aspirin so I decided to wait it out. Your body needs to adjust if it’s such a big filling. On my way home I received a text from Dr Chan checking up on me and making sure I was ok! Highly recommend them!!

As someone who fears “the dentist,” and avoids visits at all costs, I was delighted with the welcoming atmosphere and professionalism of 300 Grand Dentistry. Dr. Chan is absolutely wonderful—she is gentle and explains things as she goes along. She also made sure that I was in no discomfort at all times.

Marie always has a warm welcoming greeting both on the phone and in person. She is very personable and easy to talk to. Marie’s soft voice can be used to cure any form of anxiety. Dr. Chan is excellent with her gentle hands and bedside manner. She is always sincere in her interest for her patients.

Marie was so pleasant and helpful. I also waited no more than 10 seconds to be called in which was so considerate because he staff was aware I was on my lunch break. It also greatly impressed me that Doctor Chen was the one who cleaned my teeet! With my old doctor whom I’ve been going to for 12 years, she always had her hygienist clean my teeth, which is fine but the doctor would only give me 1 minute of face time each visit. Doctor Chen spent the whole time with me and also answered all of my questions while listening patiently. I would highly recommend this very clean, put together, friendly office!

Honestly, one of the best dentist in Northern Jersey! She is a gentle dentist, my kids love her! She is always punctual and highly knowledgeable in her field. There are no unnecessary procedures being recommended and the care we receive is superb and pretty affordable as far as dentistry goes. She is great! Just because you’ve been at the same dentist forever doesn’t mean you can’t change to someone better, trust me. I was very much impressed by the professional approach of Dr. Tilun Chan. She took care of my dental concern and that of my son very meticulously and kept us well informed of each step that was needed in our treatments. The clinic itself is well equipped. Tilun’s smiling attitude made our visit all the more comfortable.

Dr. Chan recently filled a cavity for me. I’ve had many fillings in my life, and can say that this one was the most pleasant I’d ever gotten! Who can say getting a filling could be pleasant? I can, with honesty. It immediately took away the pain and there were no sensitivity issues afterward, as I have experienced in the past. She even followed up a couple days later. Never received follow-up from a dentist before.

Very happy with this practice. I have a son who is very anxious when it’s time to go the dentist, but ever since we switched over to Dr. Chan’s practice 2 years ago, he has had no issues. The flat screen TV keeps him distracted and happy. The practice itself is clean and modern. Dr. Yoon is amazing with my son…He is an excellent dentist and the staff is very friendly and kind.

Dr. Chan is a great dentist. As all the reviews mentioned – excellent bedside manners, thorough, considerate and caring. You can definitely feel the love. She will take the time to go through things with you and will explain how to work on your own dental hygiene 🙂 A truly caring dentist. She really does care for your health overall and will ask you how you are doing. She’ll even remember how your last check up was without looking at the charts. Our family goes here. My 1 and 3 year-old come here and they make it quick and easy for children as well. They are very good at staying on schedule and even do early mornings on Saturdays which is great when we have to go somewhere by 9:30 am. Their email and text service is great at reminding you of scheduled appointments.
And, the option to watch a tv show on hulu while someone’s cleaning your teeth is a bonus.. you can’t talk so why not sit back listen to music or catch up on a tv show.

Awesome dentist. Dr. Chan has excellent bedside manners. She presents you with all the options and follows through with great results. I won’t go elsewhere. Even when she was out of network with my dental insurance, I chose to just pay out of pocket because that’s how much I trust her. On that note, she is fairly reasonable when it comes to paying out of pocket (without over charging like some doctors and dentist will do if you do not have the insurance to limit their maximum). 🙂

I have been a patient of Dr. Chan for 3 years now. She is very gentle and kind. She isn’t like most dentists. Her office is also very updated and beautiful. She has great office hours which is very convenient especially for someone like me who is always on the go. You won’t go wrong if you make Dr. Chan your dentist. She is the best by far.

Dr. Chan has been my family’s dentist for more than 4 years now. She is very gentle with my six year old, he barely notices the cleanings. She also has a screen in front of the chair and can put any show on to entertain him so she can work. She has very flexible and convenient hours. She has done great work on my husband and myself as well. We will continue to see Dr. Chan for many years to come.

I started going to Dr. Chan for my dental works last year, and I’ve been quite happy so far. She is very careful in doing her procedures and she makes you feel comfortable in the dental chair. She is quite conservative in that she generally recommends doing the minimal work required rather than doing big, expensive procedures. Her equipment are new (she just moved into this location). Her charges are quite reasonable, which is important to me since I was paying out of pocket (no insurance).

The service, professionalism and warmth is truly outstanding. I highly recommend those who are looking for a dentist for the first time, or in my case looking for someone more attentive to their needs. The best I have experienced in 50 years. P.S. Dr. Chan is very punctual. Like a clock!

Best Dentist I have ever been to after searching for a Dentist for almost 3 years around Hudson, Bergen Counties.

I am a white knuckle patient and Dr. Chan saw me as an emergency. She was quick to diagnose the problem, offer a solution and accomplish the goal with no discomfort to me. She is an efficient and incredibly pleasant physician and will remain my dentist for life!!
